This project brings the past to life for a contemporary audience and constitutes a major contribution to scholarship on the history of New Jersey and the nation. It will enable students, scholars and the public to research topics of national and state interest. Making these stories come alive through the eyes of those who experienced them will illuminate New Jersey’s unique place in American history.
