Time to Catch Up on Some Sleep!

This week marks the beginning of Sleep Awareness Week! So what are you waiting for? Grab a pillow and your favorite blanket and get some sleep!

This article, featured in July 2, 1919 Perth Amboy Evening News, gives tips on creating a comfortable environment necessary for sleeping babies. Babies need over 10 hours of sleep a day for growth and development, therefore having a quiet setting to catch some ZZZs is essential.

As mentioned in this article, featured in November 12, 1909 Newark Star and Newark Advertiser, we spend so much of our lives asleep that it pays to have a good quality mattress! This article mentions how some people need more sleep than others. For instance, nervous women especially need more rest because they live their lives in tension. If they don’t get their rest, than they may literally go into pieces! Also, if you want quality sleep leave the gaudy wallpaper out of the bedroom. It causes a distraction.
