The presses keep rolling! Additional issues of the
Perth Amboy Evening News are now available on the
Library of Congress’
Chronicling America website. This latest batch adds newspapers from July 1, 1910 through March 31, 1913 to those already online. (The run for this title starts on March 30, 1903.) More issues will appear online in the weeks and months ahead. When this phase of the project is complete, issues of the
Perth Amboy Evening News from March 1903 through December 1922 will be freely accessible to anyone visiting
Chronicling America.
The National Digital Newspaper Program is funded by a grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities and is a collaboration among Rutgers University Libraries, the New Jersey State Archives, and the New Jersey State Library.
