I did a quick search on both names in Chronicling America, but only one came up for “photographer Marcus Marcell”, a short item about him traveling to Washington to take photographs. https://chroniclingamerica.loc.gov/lccn/sn89074405/1914-09-21/ed-1/seq-4/ (next to the Alum ad).
